Being an all-knowing being that sees the future, why did God create angels, knowing they would rebel and become devils, who then tempted Eve? Don't say they were given free will because that would be irrelevant, since God (being omnipotent) already knew that his subjects would fail the test.

Adam, Eve, and God are all fictional characters in a poorly written compilation of mythes known as the bible. As none of them existed, none of them actually did anything.

God is really all-knowing and he is the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end..he can see what will happen to different scenario in the future if he wants to,but in the case of Adam and Eve,it happens that He did not because he did not choose to..try to read your bible in the book of Genesis(i don't know what chapter)you will read a portion there that Jehovah God is looking for the couple and He even asked what have they done.

Its all part of the grand design. Every action has a consequence, even those of God. By creating angels, he created a place for those who do horrible things to go, instead of heaven. By creating an angel that would indeed rebel and fall, he created a way of testing our faith by allowing Lucifer to create obstacles to weigh upon us and burden us. By creating the fallen angel to be, he created the perfect example of what could happen to you if you test his power or step too far.

He tested Adam and Eve knowing that they would fail, to set an example, because that is the way it had to be.To show that if you cross him then things would be hard, through following him the path is easier, happier. The garden of Eden was heaven on earth, no worries, no stress and it couldnt stay that way forever. So he created the garden to show how life could be if you choose to follow him, perfect, and then proceeded to take it away in punishment for not following his word.

To ask a question like this is fundamentally flawed. You are questioning the motives of the creator of the universe. Despite all of our science and technology we know almost nothing about it, how it works, where it came from and where it is going. So to say "why would god do this or that?" Is like a frog who lives in a well assuming the whole world is within the well. Perhaps if you could even catch a glimpse of the answer to your question you still would not have the infinite knowledge of god to understand it.

He also know where will you end up hell or heaven, but he still put you in test.

(You just got what i try to find out)

Maybe, God just create all this situation upon his will. We are a toy for him. Let him decide what we gonna do and let it happen as He will.
