Have milk full glass in the morning with a tablespoon of pure ghee (indian preparation, made by frying the white butter to get the it. it is A clarified semifluid butter used especially in Indian cooking). Also u can have a raw egg open & mixed with raw (unboilled) milk taken daily in the morning. This may increase yr weight definately in 15-30 days.

gaining weight is easy but you need to do it right - go for lean meats and lots of fruit and veg.
Eat regularly - 4-5 smaler meals a day is better than 2-3 bigger ones.
Keep your calories up but refined carbs down (like bread, pasta etc).
Don't take in lots of dairy products unless you want to compromise your health.
I'm guessing that if you have a problem gaining weight you probably don't find too many types of food enjoyable. So find something you like (that meets the criteria above) and eat more of it.

Eat one bowel of banana+milk+sugar for 3 months and you will gain almost 5 kgs then in next three months 10 kgs and so on....

simple. just increase more white carbs like rice and more meat. mutton, pork and prawns are better than lean meat like chicken and fish if you want to gain weight. and sweetened drinks like ice tea have almost the same calories as any other carbonated drinks. they are actually called hidden calories. so you can consume that instead of just sticking to the old plain water. as for fruits and vege, take in more beetroot, avocado, bananas and papayas. hope this helps.
