Limitation of English language, in other languages, there are different names for the two uncles & two aunts.
Another limitation is that PUT & BUT sounds different.

call them by their first names :)

in english, the brother of a parent is called uncle. when you say "uncle" in english, people know that you mean your mom's brother, or your dad's brother.

the sister of a parent is called aunt. in english, people know that you mean your mom's sister or your dad's sister.

if you want to state which side you uncle is on (your mom's or your dad's side), just say "my dad's brother" or if it's your mom's brother say "my mom's brother".
to state which aunt your talking about, it's the same thing- just say "my dad's sister" or "my mom's sister."

easy! hope it helps!
