try laying down in the dark wiht your eyes shut and listen to music or just think about things..like that happened that day or you wish that would of happened ,,,just relax and u will eventually fall asleep

Sit down and tell yourself that you are not allowed to sleep. Then read the most boring book you have.... and keep thinking that you are not allowed to sleep. Wanting to fall asleep so badly is making you all tensed...so try to stay awake instead....so what? You can sleep after the exam...right? Drink something high in caffeine...but then for next time get yourself some herbal sleep aid. It helps you relax and fall asleep faster/better. Take it only before exams, so you don't become immune to it. It's not habit forming...

too funny !!!! I'm in Calif, it's 1:25 am and I need to get to sleep so I can get up and go to work at 9:00 am. I guess you will eventually pass out or drink some milk(it has a chemical in it that causes you to get sleepy. Or grab a book, this always makes me sleepy. Good luck and GET TO SLEEP YOUNG MAN !!!!!!!!!!!

Think of nothing, concentrate on your breathing and get off the computer..all the stimulus of the computer will keep you awake :)

i think you are worring over that test!!! not too mention a few cups of caffiene here and there just think to yourself you have done the best you can with the studying now it time to take a warm shower (set your clock) and relax if not try too fall asleep!!

well, here you are so i know you have a pc. go to sounds on google or any search engine, find a site that has ocean waves or rain. the sound takes your mind off of anything. download the sound, turn off the lights, and get lost in the peace of running water.
