World War 3 is not possible because the conflict in the Middle East is confined to Israel even when Syria and Iran will cooperate with the Hezbollah guerillas.

That depends on how many nuclear-warhead missiles Israel has and where they are aimed.
If Syria and Iran suddenly disappear, leaving a large volcanic depression in their spaces, there is a strong probability that there will not be a war since there will only be ONE side( and everyone knows that it's not likely that Israel will want to have a war with itself).
We will have to wait and see.
