How do I tell my sister that I want her to come and live with my step dad and my mom?

She lives with her mom but I know that she isn't getting good supervision and she is hanging with the wrong people. If she says no what should I say I know moving with us would be the better thing to do.

talk to your mom and step dad,and maybe a good resolution can come from it.
