Sex Out side of Marraige is fornication a sin in the bible.
therefore true christians date someone only if they are considering them as a marriage mate. but not just for sex.
sex is a pleasure and benifit reserved for married couples.

Is it wrong to have a sex? No, I'm male, how about you?
We have changed the definition of the word sex. Sex was intially used to define either female or male characteristics.
The act/art of conception, making love, marital relations, etc. is not wrong. It is a gift. It is beautiful. It is a holy act. It is indeed bring life into this world and in fact participating in the life of the Holy Trinity itself. Don't take my word for it, Christopher West will tell you all about it on his talk entitled: Marriage and the Eucharist.
Why must we be married in order to have sex? Because it is in essence dying unto each other. It is giving your life to the other person. It is an act of submission and communion. Of which both people should be commited. Otherwise it causes much confusion.
If a couple is married surely they must be mature enough to know that a pregnancy is very possible and be willing to handle raising a child.
Sex out of wedlock causes much confusion, hurt emotions, seperation from God. Turns a joyous act into an act of lust. Self-satisfaction becomes important rather than mutual satisfaction. It creates unwanted pregnancies, which more often than not, become abortions. It helps to spread sexually transmitted diseases. Furthermore, it clouds the mind and judgements of people. Which we so like to do. I am celibate til' I get married. If I happen to break that I break that. I'll go to confession. However, by using my brain to think instead of my head I make much more rational decisions. I'm also willing to be nice to those I would not be nice to...or use for sexual pleasure and push aside (like fat girls). Now that I've made myself sound like an asshole I will excuse myself..... adios

When people have sex and are unmarried, they are considered fornicators and fornicators will go to hell if they die having not repented (1 Corinthians 6:9), so yes it is wrong to have sex if you aren't married. Life is not about sex and people don't necessarily get married just to have sex, although some may; but I don't think it is good to have a relationship that is based on having sex. Anyone can have sex, but not all people are compatible with each other, and may not work well as a couple.

It all depends on your faith and belief.
Coz wrong and right is nothing more than what you believe.
It is faith that makes us realize that having sex before marriage is right or wong.
Hazrat Ali said that you van decide something is right or wrong when in this way that if your mind and heart both agree on one thing so you are right and if they have even a bit conflict than you are wrong.
And for your second part.A BIG NO from my side.
People do not get married for sex dear.
It is for having a life partner in a long journey they have to travel.
It is true that we came alone and have to leave alone but at least uptil we live we have our soulmate besides ourselves.
And this is true that sex is just a part of a marriage.Nothing more.

Well marriage is more than having sex - but there is no issue of you have sex with another person if you are not married as long as both parties are agreeing with what's happening !

Getting married serves the additional purpose of ensuring whoever you are married to is the father of any subsequent child. Thats partly why you have to have witnesses in a marriage. Therefore, it is in large part to protect people erroneously claiming someone is their baby daddy. It in effect guarantee's a childs right to now who their father is.
Although testing can now be done god's law is not something that is ammended by humans.

it is not wrong for some one to have sex if they r married but apart from that, no one should.
a women's adornments are more precious than riches of Heavens and and earth. it is not the fear of death but the fear of facing ur Lord one day when u die. i dont want my head 2 hang in shame.
its easy to gain trust and more easy 2 break it, but building the broken trust back is very hard and difficult.
here r some of the reasons y i dont prefer commitin myself 2 pre/extra- marital affairs. it is not only a sin in eyes of god. but it is the break in som1s trust as well.

treat womankind gracefully. she has been created from the (man's) rib & the uppermost part of the rib is crooked. if u try to strentghen it forcibly it will break, while if u leave it as it is, it would remaincrooked. thus treat woman politely.
