ok, i've been in situation like these, but it was in the guy's shoes. U know, liking some1 after a previous break-up (heartbreak with me, but it really doesn't matter.) Now, he could like u. But if he's just breaking up with somebody, u might wanna b careful. The feelings that he has 4 u could b just temporary because he hasn't even had enuf time 2 heal from his most previous break-up (n it doesn't matter if he broke up with her or if she broke up with him..they broke up.) Even if he showed u signs that he was feelin u b4 he broke up with the gyrl..still, give it time. Don't ever grab any1 on the rebound or let any1 grab u on the rebound. Ur asking 4 a lot of pain if u do that. That's what causes confusion later on down the road. Chill 4 a lil while..u know, ya'll chill out..continue 2 be friends 4 some time. And later on if the feelings still remain..go 4 it. But not now..it's 2 early. Okay? GOOD LUCK!

princess had a good answer about guys playing around with girls emotions. they like it when you come crawling back. if you talk to them too much they will treat you like trash because they know you will just keep on IMing them everyday. Lay off for a few days and slow down with the IMing and see if he IMs you. Then let him take over. If he feels he is no longer in control and still wants to talk to you he likes you. If he stops and loses control, forget him

If he doesnt like you he will not come to you as he knows that you like him he is trying to gain good relationship with you. If not try to talk with him about the reason y he got split with her. And becareful before taking any steps.
