I recently(30/06/2006) fell down and dislocated my left elbow.I was treated the same day by an Ortho and the elbow was reset to the original position and plaster of Paris was wrapped.
Later they removed the POP after 3 weeks, had a look at the x-ray and said that its doing fine.Since my hand was wrapped and was in a single position without movement for 3 weeks now I have a stiffness in the joint and not able to move it as normal.So could some specialist suggest me some exercises for my elbow to bring it back to normal.
