Should "The Birds and Bees" talk be renamed to the "Men and Women Shall Be Sluts" talk?

I think it should be renamed "How Men and Women Shall Not Be Sluts". If parents don't teach their kids sexual responsibility, who will?

Wouldn't be a bad idea, given that today's media seems to promote the ideas of loose sexual morality as being a good thing.
