A vegetable-based minestrone soup.

A well-made salad, with a variety of clean, DRY greens and other vegetables, dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a touch of garlic, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

A good stir-fry with chicken and/or shrimp, sliced mushrooms, and green onions, served over brown rice.

Fresh sliced fruit and low-fat yogurt.

My daughter is 6 and a very picky eater and I was surprised to learn that she loved corn on the cob.

well one picky eater is as different as any other, and theres no accounting for taste, but as far as good for you nothing is bad in moderation, fresh or frozen berries are very healthful and most people like them ,. and many things are an aquired taste. as far as main course protein from an animal any non -shell fish, lean pork tenderloin, is best as far as red meat, and fried chicken and chocolate (dark) is good for you !
