The Hispanic people are also Americans as they are born in America. America is a continent consisting of several stats and USA is one of them, isn't it? If you make a DNA test, you will find out that many Hispanics might have an Arabic background but of course a very long time ago. If you by American mean Indians, I have no idea, more than some people in the northern part of Europe might have some common forefathers.

No there are far too many people here. I have no hispanic in me. It depends on where you are from. Tons of us have native american in us, but not all of us have hispanic. Tons of us have african american and native, but not all hispanic. I have tons of things, but no hispanic. My BF is 1/2 but I am 1st gen american southwest, so my babies would most likely be part hispanic if I had any. No it is a total melting pot here, but do not expect everyone to have a drop of hispanic. We have everything depending on the area. Not necessarily hispanic in everyone yet.
