most of the time other countrys goverments are so corrupt, they dont even care , like we do, they dont have the same values to human life. alot of the time the us trys to send money to other countrys to help with food an the goverments are so corrupt they take that money an use it for weapons or concubines or whatever they do with it. its not really supriseing if you think about it. but unless you actually get a crate of food an drop it off in a field over thier will someone actually get it. even then sometimes the government will burn the food we send like they did in iraq, but im talking about all corupt governments do that
