Be happy that she feeds you. Some parents don`t care if their kids go hungry! Be Blessed that your mom at least feeds you even if its just spam. Maybe you could ask her for a change of meat once in awhile like tuna or hotdogs..

Don't complain. She's providing food for her family. She could always ask for cans of tuna or chicken too. I don't think they're that much difference in price. Maybe she can gets some eggs, bread, and milk too and then you make some decent meals.
