I am nobody. I don't belong to any nation, I don't belong to any religion, I don't belong to any political party. I am simply an individual, the way existence created me. I have kept myself absolutely uninfluenced by any idiotic ideology - religious, political, social, financial. And the miracle is that because I am not burdened with all these glasses on my eyes, and curtains before me, I can see clearly.
I am just human ..................
Initiation into Humanistic means that we are breaking away from our past: whatsoever it was -- communist, Catholic, Hindu, Mohammedan -- we are breaking away from our past. We are closing our past completely and starting afresh. This is a resurrection -- a death and a resurrection: the death of the past and the resurrection of something absolutely new, so absolutely new that it has nothing to do with the past; it is discontinuous with the past.
All that you need is just to be silent and listen to existence. There is no need of any religion, there is no need of any God, there is no need of any priesthood, there is no need of any organization. I trust in the individual categorically. Nobody up to now has trusted in the individual in such a way. So all those things can be removed. Now all that is left to you is a state of meditation which simply means a state of utter silence. Even the word meditation makes it look heavier. It is better to just call it a simple, innocent silence.
Yes, I am the beginning of something new, but not the beginning of a new religion. I am the beginning of a new kind of religiousness which knows no adjectives, no boundaries; which knows only freedom of the spirit, silence of your being, growth of your potential; and finally the experience of godliness within yourself - not of a God outside you, but a godliness overflowing from you.

Yes. I chose my religion. When I was about 28, I started studying one religion at a time until I found one that teaches the Bible.
I chose to believe in God and the Bible. It makes the most sense and it keeps coming true.

My parents are devout Muslims. But I guess I'm a sort of free-thinker. Or, maybe you may also label me as a NON-PRACTISING Muslim; since I booze occasionally and have also relished pork.
I'm quite well-informed as regards religion and have maintained a secular outlook towards life uptil now. My passion is rock music which is regarded as anti-Islamic by our Mullahs. I've dabbled in yoga and meditation too. Now do you think I'm still a Muslim?

I am. All is. Everything is energy and we are all a part of that energy. form and substance is only in our perception. I did not "choose" my religion as it is not a religion. I am as much a part of any gods as I am a part of the sun or the wind. Religion (and science) are merely the blind men describing an elephant.

Yes I did. I became a Catholic when I was 18. I was raised a Buddhist, I still respect buddhism, and value the teachings.
