I have heard of Scruples, Liteworks, and, Colorgraphics but cannot locate them anywhere. Is there a hi-lift, no bleach line that is similar that is available at Sally Beauty Supply? I always do my own color, love the results, and don't trust my color to stylists, and don't want to pay $200 for something I have done at home for about $30....I have previously used Kaleidocolors, but have heard this is damaging and harsh. I am looking to use something new that will take my now virgin #4ish brown hair to a #26ish golden blonde....

Kaleidocolors are bleach with built in toners. First, your hair isn't virgin unless you have cut all previous color out, even a color back to natural can make another color not lift. Second, in order to get to a medium blonde color #27 you need to use 30(if you are natural) or 40(if you are colored back to natural) volume developer and a number 11 or 12 color. Pick a color that has a violet or pearl ash base to lessen the chances of yellow or orange hair. I like Wella colors because all their colors have a base with the full color wheel and they never turn unexpected colors. In the past I have been able to achieve what you are looking for with 1120 Nordic Blonde and 30 volume. Good luck.
