i've known him for a while now and every other time me and his sister go hang out he comes along sometimes, even when its really late at night we talk to each other, and over the years now i've started to see myself get more and more attracted to him...and i dont know if i should tell him or keep it to myself. and i don't know when the right time to say it....help! help! help!

well try to let him know by flirting...but be careful make sure if you do hook up to give your friend more attention..she may feel like you are replacing her with him...you can even maybe hint it to her and see how she reacts and maybe she will hook it up

I don't know how old you are.If you are under 16 and you like this guy then git with your friend and go in a groop you will have fun and you can find out if hes a good guy.If you are 16 or older then see if you can find another friend or two and go on a dable date.and have fun.His sister should support you on this.If she thinks her brother is silling her friend. Then tell her shes up in the night you will always be her friend even if you and her brother don't work out.Good luck.
