I've been there. I have the same type of hair that you have also. Don't put any more chemicals on your hair for a while, go to a salon and get reconstructor treatments. No, don't put on a relaxer. oh, color should come after the perm ,not before, better yet just one or the other. Good luck

Fire your stylist, they should not have done a double process in one day. And they should have known that it would fade the color unless you color after the perm. You could do a reverse perm but it will leave your hair even more damaged. You need a reconstructive conditioning treatment, under the dryer for 30 minutes. You need to treat your hair as if it is naturally curly, Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, leave in conditioner, smoothing lotion, and shine serum. Use them all every time you wash.

Ah Janette, you poor thing. You have learned the cardinal sin of hair. DO NOT apply more than one chemical treatment at a time. If you perm, don't colour. If you colour, don't perm. It's got to be one or the other or you fry your hair. Personally, I colour. Used to perm but that was very hard on the hair from the chemicals. But, I love my blonde!
I suggest you go to a salon and see what the professionals suggest. I would not go back to the one that allowed you to do both at once, if they did not warn you about it beforehand.

Sorry, but you should wait a while, relaxers are known to make your hair fall out, and it's probably already damaged cuz of the perm& coloring. maybe you should go to a stylist, that would be best.

if you add the protein back into your hair that is now missing from the double process it will eventually be back to normal. good ones to try are Redken's Extreme anti snap treatment or Tigi's Dumb Blonde (for any color)
unfortunately, this is not going to happen overnight.
next time get layers in your crown, this will give you more lift but only if they are short enough.
texturizing will also help. you need the stylist to help you at this point don't do anything more yourself
