Lying down too soon after a meal can create pressure in the stomach, forcing acid up past the sphincter that blocks your stomach from your airway and into the esophagus. Laying down (particularly on the right side) defies gravity as far as your stomach is concerned, and seeing how it takes about 4 hours for food to digest, laying down in this time frame will probably guarantee indigestion.

Depends on fuel level and all that, If you have a full tank of petrol it'll run in to the Overflow and spill out everywhere, Why would you need to lay it on it's side anyway? Just buy a disk lock or a chain to lock the wheels up. Ky =)

Every person has slightly different anatomy in terms of the size and location of body organs. Apparently, your stomach will be more elevated when you are on the right side, thus making it more easy for the stomach content to leak through the stomach valve.
