There is a need for translators in nearly every English speaking country ... especially with your language combination ... you could either freelance, or contact for example a bigger globalization company, like Lionbridge, who has offices in both the U.S, England and Ireland, among other countries ...
Contact the American or British Embassy in your country for a refugee visa to either country ...

You could get a visa to the US as a refugee. Then with your skills, you could get a job easily

check the internet, of the country to see what jobs are available and that requires translation. or similary you may want to consider upgrading your skills to make yourself more employable...

Why don't you seek political assylum or refugee status in USA?
