This is basically a "security blanket". Just like when children suck their thumbs or a pacifier. It comforts them. They knead when they nurse from their mothers. Anyway, it's nothing to worry about, nothing is wrong with your cat(s). They are just seeking a little comfort. It's actually kind of a compliment when they are kneading on you, because it means that they think very highly of you. In essence, you are their mother.

Some cats are just like this. As for the kneeding, I've known few cats that stop. Most of the time a cat will just keep doing it whenever they're happy. Don't know what to do about that.
As for the nursing, I've known one or two cats that will nurse off of lactating cats. I don't know why they do it, they just do. One of them was a runt and always acted like a kitten, even after she had her own kittens! It may be that he's only 10 months old (I know the others don't do it, but some are weird) and has a kitten syndrome.
The jealousy might just be that he's naturally territorial. He's the type that's usually an only cat in a house. I've seen plenty of cats that practically from birth needed to be seperated from the litter (not quite from birth, but about 6 months old) and given to homes without any other pets.
I've seen some mentally retarded cats before, and so far he doesn't sound like one. I may have to check out your other questions on him though.

This seems to be my Bach Flower essence day. You can get them at a health foods store as people use them. I hope they have the full line as you need Vine (there are 38 essences).
I am quoting partially from Peter Neville who is a cat behaviorist --"Despots...are still arrogant strutters, but instead of attacking their usual victim, they simply ignore them or, at worst, hiss and walk away. I wish someone could tell me why this treatment is so effective" The essences can do wonders for negative emotional states.
If you can get a bottle, shake it very well and put a few drops on the fur of between the bully's ears. Use it lavishly, get it on him as much as possible for a least ten days. A bottle seems to last forever and it costs about $18.
Good luck. This is better than giving him a drug which will just make a zombie out of him and cost a lot more money.

Nothing is wrong - it's totally normal. It's a time for cats to kind of zone out, remember kneading when they were nursing from their moms. We've had cats do this at all ages. If you don't want your cats using pillows, make sure they have a substitute. We currently provide a fake fur jacket lining for our cat, and she loves it. We got it at a thrift store. Mind you, she will knead on anything - even a plastic garbage bag, which I hate.

Yes a cat can be mentally retarded. You may need to get him away from the mother so the other cats can eat they need it. He should be on dry food by now. And yes he is fine, he just likes thing to be extra soft lol.

This just means he is showing his affection towards you and this comes from when they were nursing from their mama cat. I place a large bath towel in my lap and when my cat wants to jump in my lap i stroke him and he purrs then starts to knead and with that towel there he doesn`t claw me. They say if you push them away or make them get down they get upset because mama cat never pushed them away. Kneading is their way of loving you back!!

It's his way of saying he loves you. When he was younger he would knead when he was nursing. He felt safe, comfortable and loved then, and he obviously feels the same way now. Take it as a good sign!
