Oh yeah. Add one can tuna, drained. Some frozen peas. A dash of sweet pickle relish.
Even better:
brown some chopped onions & celery, add some meat or tofu, add one box KD uncooked macaroni, two cups liquid (I like tomato sauce or V8 juice) herbs, cover, turn down low. Cook until the pasta is soft. Cheap, easy, and you don't have to alway make it the same!

Or: cook the noodles and add finely chopped green or red bell peppers, onions, cucumbers, pimento, lots of Ranch dressing.

I hate to say this but CREATIVE???
the best I can say is add some real cheese and real butter, and real milk. then its great.
