the error said that : windows media player cannot play this video because there is a problem with your video card .
both of media and real player said that too. so i dont know how to fix it . but when i play the same dvd with winDVD4 already in my computer , it worked ... i am not good at computer and software .. so ,please!!! if anyone knows about how to fix this problem or any idea , please help me!!

one thing is those windows can play music from my desktop .. nothing wrong with that but only cannot play dvd ...

you need to download codec for wmp
http://www.divx.com
get the free download DIVX FOR WINDOWS
after install open window media player
click tool then click option .click File types tab.
click " select all " tab and then click OK.
try to play dvd again ,enjoy!

I think it has to do something with the codec required to play the DVD videos. Try downloading a codec pack which will not only help now but keep you from asking questions about unable to paly other videos on a later date.
try google for "Codec pack".
