I have downloaded this game from eMule as ISO format, I've used Deamon tool to install it, but when I finish the installation to run the game keeps asking me for the CD4.
I keep the CD4 in there and it doesn't recognize it
What should I do? any advice

First of all pirating is wrong, don't do it.
But to get it to work, you should run a search on Google for a "False CD Image" or a CD Crack for the game. www.gamecopyworld.com might have what you're looking for.

Well first I have to know is your PC, flight simulator compatible and if it is an Internet download should auto run itself after a download. if not try going to the start button click search type in flight simulator and click the install button try reinstalling it.

you just download it again from www.mininova.org and I think your download from emule may be corrupt.
