I have "heard" that Billy Graham thinks so. I have prayed to God when my pets died to save them for me in Heaven so we can be reunited. I believe it will happen. Heaven is a happy place so if I need my pets to be happy, they will be there.

How do you know that God (for you believers) really cares about human beings, never mind pets.
Imagine this. You’ve just bought a new home which you furnish with all sorts of nice fittings and fixtures, then prepare the grounds and garden. You plant a wide range of trees, shrubs, flowers, plants and vegetables. You clip and prune as time goes on, spray the weeds, and generally keep your property in good shape.
Many years pass and your gardens are flourishing, not a weed to be seen anywhere. You head off on holiday, a weed pops up and bugs start to crawl all over it. Not to worry, when you return home you spray the gardens, killing all the bugs and weeds. Everything is back to normal.
Now consider the universe. After billions of years a little planet (weed) called Earth pops up and it’s crawling with bugs called humans. Do you really think the gardener (or creator) really cares about the bugs and weeds? Do you think the gardener cares if he destroys you? Do you think that the bugs (humans) on the weed (Earth) have any idea what’s going on in the rest of garden (universe)?
Forget the pets, you're not going anywhere, and the sooner you believe that, the sooner you can contribute more positively to humanity.

no. maybe the bible of "All Dogs Go To Heaven" says so, but the Christian Bible puts humans above animals, and even angels. Animals don't have souls, so there's nothing to resurrect.

I am not a religious person but according to the Christian Bible animals do not have souls and therefore cannot be raptured and/or saved.

Yes.
It is in the Old Testament. Now. Go look for it. I'm kinda surprised they didn't tell you where.
I don't know they will be in rapture. they will be in heaven. Jesus Christ is man's Redeemer. Animals, ABSOLUTLEY do have souls.according to God's Word. animals did not sin and needs no redemption. I don't know at what point they will be in heaven, but they will be there. :)

Yes. All things have souls even if we don't recognize them as such.
the earth ,.plants, animals, rocks, water , have souls . The creator made them from the sparks that it threw off of its body before the creation of the physical universe. these sparks became the souls of all that was and will be.

The idea of heaven is wishful thinking, dating back to when life on earth was sufficiently unpleasant that people felt that they had to have something to look forward to. Most of us now know better.

I am sure of it...animals are capable of emotion...all living things are equal in the eyes of God...why wouldn't they be? Because MAN says they're not...a little reminder...the Bible is full of what man wants in there...not exactly what God would have...
