My best GUY friend is WAy sweet to me. However, he is the class nerd. Can I date him and still keep my image? If not, should I date him at all?

Nothing bad is gonna happen if you date him.
Your image wont be affected if you go out with him and you are confident.
People around you will see something new in you,...
they'll see that you are not just a pretty- popular girl,,, they'll see that you are cute too., you are a nice girl too....
and they'll see that you are a girl with personality.... that you don't care what they think about you, you can date whomever you want,
The fact that you go out with a guy it doesn't mean you like him or you 2 guys make out.
Just go out with him like if nothing happens and don't hide from anyone.

ok well to me...ima guy so this is a guy opinion...YOU have rep to keep up with unless you wanna be known as the girl who dated the only boy who couldnt get a girlfriend he will embarass you either inclass or anywhere and that little nerd group he hangs out with yea....things are gonna spread and ur gonna have to let him down and break his heart then u will feel really bad...

Keep your image? This man honestly deserves better than you honey. I've never seen someone so shallow. So to answer your question...no, you shouldn't date him! He's out of your league.

If all you're worried about is your image, then he doesn't deserve you, since you will eventually crush him and his feelings in an effort to keep your image.

You really should stop basing your life on what other people think about you. If you like him go for it...although I really think that you might not deserve him if all you care about is what people would think if you dated him. Be more concerned about your "best friends' " feelings
