I've had panic attacks for years now, they come and go I guess, I'm supposed to start seeing a psychiatrist this Friday, but this week has been hell for me, panic attacks and anxiety keeping me up all hours of the night, but anyways I was just wondering, is it normal to sometimes, during or after a panic attack to have a rash? It looks like a heat rash, so I figured maybe from just being so worked up, also can panicking raise your body temp?

Yes , yes & yes , they really suck don't they ? There is a great book out there called Surviving Panic Attacks which was the cure for me , I can't remember who wrote it but if you can get hold of it somewhere it will more than likely help you too. I realy don't know how you have lived through a few years of the dreaded things, I was thinking about checking out before I found the book mentioned. It teaches you how to control the attacks when they come and now I don't suffer from them at all-All the best of luck to you.
