In a shaker combine
Scoop of ice
2 oz of Abosolut Vodka Citron
1/2 oz of Tripple Sec
1oz of Sweet and Sour
3 drops Rock candy
3 lemon wedges
Muddle until lemon is ground then give a quick shake
Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with sugared lemon wedge

2 oz Grey Goose Citron
3/4 oz Cointreau
3 oz Sour Mix
1 1/2 oz Sprite
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Shake
Rim the glass with Powdered Sugar
Pour in the glass
Garnish with a lemon wedge on the glass

Chill glass with soda water and ice.
In shaker tin filled with ice, squeeze one lemon wedge and drop in tin.
Add 2 oz Absolut Citron or Bacardi Limon.
Add a splash of lemon/lime soda.
Cap tin and shake vigorously.
Dump water out of martini glass and shake off excess.
Sugar rim of martini glass.
Strain liquor into glass.
Garnish with a cherry in the bottom of the glass.
