first of all how old are you??? if you are young it wont be so bad to just stay up. sometimes if you go to bed and have to get up its harder than just staying up.
I like the other persons idea about taking a shower, perhaps just try some herbal tea and do a power nap. Then when you get up, have some B 12 and some real tea and a bit of protein( maybe some p.butter) good luck. and be careful if you work around hot stuff.

sleep is always good, although if you have to wake up in a few hrs it can be hard to come back out of that deep brain wave time period.. you may feel disoriented tired or confused... but a good shower and some coffee can bring you out of it fast... the sleep you catch now will benifite you later durring the day

Take a warm shower.
Power Nap for 15 to twenty minutes.
Have a nice cup of tea.
Off to work you go!
P.S., learn Transcendental Meditation - it really helps get through those sleepless times and you can do it on your break time at work!
