Water is the most effective foods to lose weight. It's not about drinking tons of water - you just need to drink about 6-8 glasses a day. Keeping hydrated increases your metabolic rate and suppresses appetite - which slows weight gain.

At least 6 to 8 bottles a day. It will depend on the weather and the type of activity. Running and gym itself is enough for maybe six bottles a day. anything else will add to about 8 bottles a day.

6-8 glasses a day is what they say is good for one's health. That would mean on an average about 70 oz
And it's good to have a glass of water the first thing in the morning

Depends on lots of things like how much anti-water you consume vs how much watermelon you consume. See this site to learn about anti-water.
Also for an above post. Water is not measured in weight. An ounce is weight. 16 makes a pound. Liquids are measured in volume in "fluid ounces."

Someone told me that you should take your weight, divide it by 2 and that's the minimum ounces you should drink a day. So, if you weigh 150, you should drink a minimum of 75oz per day.
