Its your choice. Whether its to look cute or just experiment, just make it look good.

It really depends on the age. I personally don't feel girls should wear a lot of make-up. It's such an unnecessary step when getting ready in the morning. I understand things like some cover-up for some mondo zit that developed over night, but all the eye make-up, foundation, etc. what a waste of time! I especially don't approve of little girls wearing make-up. I think it looks trashy, and encourages girls to grow up wayyyy too fast, when they're already being thrown into such adult lives at such young ages.

I don't think that anyone should feel compelled to wear make up. If you want to then that is your choice; not everyone appreciates make up or how some choose to apply it. Sometimes less is more...

I wonder if, more than make up, that some girls might need a healthy outlook on who they are and how they look.

As a guy, I pretty much have to accept myself for who I am or how I look; I'm not saying I'd want make up; certainly there are times when we might need something to protect or nurture our skin but as for changing my face, the only way I do that is through either hair style or shaving (shaving is not even an option but a requirement with some jobs).

Just a lil bit that's neccessary to make them look alive. But putting on the entire thing of make up is ridiculous. For example, I only wear eye liner on bottom lids. It's ALL i need to be satisfied with my looks and actually look like I didn't just crawl out of bed. Those that need more than like 2 pieces, may as well get a huge facial make over and learn to take care of their face healthier and learn to like it natural.

I don't think that girls should wear make up until they are about 15-16 years of age.

The way girls wear make up they don't look like little girls. I think little girls are cute without make up. Mother's should make sure that they learn how to put on make up properly even at the time they are allowed to wear it.

My girls could not wear make up until they were 16 years old. I now have a teenage grand daughter that ws brought up the same way. In our clan it is like a rite of passage waiting until they are 16 to wear make up.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

Most girls ruin their looks with too much make-up. The sad thing is that young girls naturally have the skin that older women are trying to have by putting on all the make-up, and the young girls think it makes them look sexy and sophisticated to pull all their eye brows out and cake make-up on like they're going to the circus.

A little sure. The most beautiful girls are girls who don't need, and who don't think they need, a lot of makeup. Girls who look just as good around the house as they do at a posh ball.

I'm a guy but I would agree that if you can notice a girls makeup, then it's too much.

My mom wouldnt let me wear makeup till I was 16 and my complexion was fine till I started wearing it. I did sneak and wear mascara and lipstick - just made sure it was off when I went home. Still prefer to go light on the foundation even today, just use enough to even up complexion, but think eyes and lips need some color enhancement.

Some girls need it. Some don't.

Me, I don't like an overly made up face. A little eye shadow and a little lipstick is more than enough.

No. Every generation, it gets harder for women to be beautiful because technology and makeup gets better. Everyone is trying to compete with the photoshopped, madeup model on the magazine cover. 100 years from now, all of us would be considered butt ugly.
