Unfortunately I have a close friend who's cousin (who lives with them) sells drugs. The other family members don't sell drugs, but know that he is doing this. What (if any) legal punishment could be put on the residents of the house if he were to be caught?

They risk loosing their home. It can be taken by the Gov and sold. A smaller town is more likely to do this for the revenue then a larger city would, but it could be done at will by all. This is the most expensive thing. They could be charges with aiding and abetting a criminal, conspericy, etc. If they don't know tell them so they can decide what to do.

its called accessory to the crime; everybody will be arrested when the place gets tossed; everybody will need a lawyer to get reduced charges or charges dropped. all of it costs money. you better move out of there. it's obvious you live there too
