Probably not like these.

These four paintings were created with liquid tempera encased in acrylic paint over an acrylic primed canvas.

What do you guys think?

They were all done several months back and, my fellow artists, it's harder than it looks. The drying time between coats will drive you crazy because each one is layered with between ten to twelve coats of paint. Tempera is not natually compatible with acrylics.

What do I think...there was a recent series on PBS produced by the BBC on How Art Made the World. In one segment, they talked about how cave painters, in the dark of the cave, experienced the network or web you show in your work...a result of hullicination due to the structure of the eye. Hard to judge the thumbnails for quality, but certainly an interesting concept to push further. Cave painters did a pretty god job of creating their interpretations...if you were to do 50 or 70 of these, each one pushing the envelope, you may have something of considerable interest.
