I think that maybe he's curious about u or really thinks u have the potential of be his girlfriend but is really afraid that u might be the one that could brake his heart so he just rather past or maybe someone he knows like there are numerous reasons but i doubt its cause he thinks ur ugly cause when a guy thinks a female is ugly they wont waste they time looking at u

most of the time when guys ignore someone they don't anyone to know they like the person. He probably doesn't want anyone to know. Some guys are to themselves and they are still in the 6 yrs. old stage. he may not want to express his feelings for you in public, he may do it secretly. The same thing happened to me, the only way to deal with it is to just ignore him back which tends to make him WANT your attention.

lemme tell u one thing, never take anything for granted in case of this special creature called 'guys'. they r amazingly confusing. may be he likes u or may be he had never even looked at u intentionally. so for this guy thingy don take the first step.
