Tell him and show him with your actions in the relationship. Show him you are committed to him and only him by not cheating obviously, always being honest, be there for him when he needs your support, put his feelings first before yours at times, show him unconditional love even if he makes a mistake and the list could go on but you could look on google for something.

Tell him. I know you probably thought of that one already, but its really the best way. Maybe writing it to him. That way you cant screw up or chicken out as you say it.
