Use your microwave for this.
4 cups bread cubes-(4-5 slices)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup raisens(optional)
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs beaten
1tsp. vanilla
cinnamon to taste
Put bread cubes in 8 in. round dish . sprinkle wirh sugar, salt, then raisens and cinnamon..
Put milk and butter in a 1 quart cup and microwave 4 minutes til
butter is melted and milk is warm. Rapidly stir in eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and stir. Pour over bread cubes.
Microwave 9-l2 minutes, turning dish after 6 minutes.
If you want it browner, put under broiler to brown it.
Quick and easy and good!

Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding with Butter Rum Sauce Recipe courtesy Paula Deen

2 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 (4.5-ounce) cans fruit cocktail (undrained)
2 eggs, beaten
1 (9-ounce) box raisins
1 pinch salt
1 or 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Butter Rum Sauce, recipe follows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cube donuts into a large bowl. Pour other ingredients on top of donuts and let soak for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients together until donuts have soaked up the liquid as much as possible.

Bake for about 1 hour until center has jelled. Top with Butter Rum Sauce.


Butter Rum Sauce:
1 stick butter
1 pound box confectioners' sugar
Rum, to taste
Melt butter and slowly stir in confectioners' sugar. Add rum and heat until bubbly. Pour over each serving of Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding.

Easy Bread Pudding

2 boxes Vanilla pudding
4 cups Whole Milk
4 - 5 Chocolate Crossaints
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cut up the crossaints into pieces and place in a 3qt shallow dish. Pour the pudding mixture over the bread and push the pieces down to soak up the mixture. Bake at 45 min at 350. Top with powdered sugar

Raisins (optional)

Nothing is easier and time saving than this recipe. Brown fry the slices and soak them in sugar syrup (preferably home made). Serve as desser or pudding

Ohhhh great, now I'm all hungry, hehe. Here's some great recipes :)

Bread Pudding with Caramel Rum Sauce

Nonstick cooking spray
1 pound purchased brioche bread
5 cups cold whole milk
2 (4.4 ounce) boxes American custard dessert mix
1/3 cup dark rum
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup walnut pieces, lightly toasted
1/4 cup pecan pieces, lightly toasted
1/2 cup golden raisins, optional
Caramel Rum Sauce, recipe follows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 13 by 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Tear brioche into 1-inch pieces and place in prepared dish.

In a large bowl, combine milk, custard dessert mix, rum, eggs, and nutmeg. Whisk until well blended. Stir in nuts and raisins, if using. Pour over brioche; press down lightly on brioche to submerge into custard. Let stand for 10 minutes, or until brioche absorbs custard slightly. Bake for 50 minutes, or until top is golden brown and bread pudding puffs. Serve warm with Caramel Rum Sauce.

Caramel Rum Sauce:
2/3 cup butterscotch caramel sauce
3 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons dark rum
Combine caramel sauce, cream, and rum in medium glass bowl. Heat in microwave for 45 seconds. Whisk to blend. Drizzle over bread pudding.

Fruity Bread Pudding

1 1/2 loaves white or wheat bread (day-old bread works great)
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
16-ounce can fruit cocktail
8 1/4-ounce can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dark raisins
Preheat 350 degrees F.
Tear each slice of bread into about 5 or 6 pieces and place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, place the milk, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and eggs. Mix well, until the sugar dissolves. Add the fruit cocktail, pineapple, pecans, and raisins, and then gently fold in the torn bread, making sure it soaks up the liquid ingredients. Pour equal amounts of the mixture into 2 greased 9 by 13-inch baking pans. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring once after 15 or 20 minutes. Stirring helps rich bread pudding bake evenly. Serve cold or hot, depending on the season and your mood.

Chocolate Bread Pudding


1-pound loaf French or Italian bread, cut into cubes (about 15 cups)
3 cups milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons pure almond extract
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 13 by 9-inch baking dish. Place the bread in the baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, cream, and liqueur.

In another bowl, combine the granulated and brown sugars with the cocoa powder and mix well. Add this to the milk mixture and whisk to combine.

Add the vanilla and almond extracts and the cinnamon to the beaten eggs. Combine the egg mixture with the milk mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes; let stand, stirring occasionally, for at least 20 minutes, or until the bread has absorbed most of the milk mixture. Bake the pudding for 1 hour, or until set; a knife inserted into the center of the pudding should come out clean. Serving the pudding warm, or refrigerate it and serve chilled.
