probably mandarin...
nuh-gear sounds like na-ge, which could have meant which one or that one.
chawk sound like chuo, which means wrong
zoo-koh sounds like zhe-ge, which means this one.
so, probably it was: na ge chuo? zhe ge.
which translates to: which one is wrong? this one.
just a guess.

I've also encountered some weird languages before. That probably is a language of one of the tribal communities. From where, I do not know. But I presume it's somwhere in the continents of Africa or maybe Europe.
