Yea...very class answer, classychris..
Cut out the soda and other sugary foods, avoid bread when possible, try to stay active, drink lots of water (helps more than most realize), eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

Match the protein in your body with the protein in your diet. Once this is done, then make sure you keep to that daily amount. Protein burns fat and gives you energy.(i.e. Men 150grams, Women 100 grams) Take 2 protein shakes, protein snacks and a healthy protein dinner with lots of veggies per day. Also include a multi-vitamin with each meal and drink 8 cups of water. After the first week of a protein rich diet, introduce exercise on a daily basis and work up to being more and more active. The results will accelerate with exercise.
Finally, a great positive attitude will take care the rest of it especially when you see the pounds melt off.
Best of luck in finding the new you. You deserve it!!

My Nurse recommended the Medifast Diet to me. You eat 5-6 small meals a day and lose weight with little or no exercise. It works great and I have lost 25 lbs. so far. You can e-mail me lovejae247@yahoo.com and I will give you the information. I hope this helps.

Views about weight loss
Today I am going to introduce you my fight with my weight problem. I have been working to lose weight. What I have been doing for losing weight is waking up early in the morning around 6 am (Which is early for me as I was used to wake up around 8 in the morning).
I went out after doing the morning daily routine works. I run around 1.5 km in the morning. It is a great idea going for running in the morning as it keeps me active for the whole day. One thing I want to mention is that running is going to help us much as compared to walking. I do some easy exercise for around 30 minutes per day. After running and exercising and running, I return home.
Now I get ready for my office. Take my breakfast and reached office by 10. One thing I take care for the whole day is that I do not go for the junk food. I never get idle after taking my breakfast/lunch or dinner. I do some (around 10 minutes) walking after taking my lunch and dinner. It is very harmful to go to bad immediately after taking the dinner. So all in all I want to say that I do some activity (like walking) after my eating’s.
One thing, which I always follow, is that never drive if the distance is less than 1 km. I think it is not a difficult routine to follow.

If your fat and still want to eat those yummy foods. Make a chart on how much you should it in a day like Eat moderately animal foods, try to stay away from fats, oils and sugar. etc.
One tips others say is go on a low carb high protien diet. Look it up in the inter.net you'll soon find one.

Cut out the soft drinks, lower the amount of fat in your diet, and walk briskly for 20 min. a day. (get a walkman or companion). You will lose weight steadily if you can keep to that regimen.

I found this awesome product that actually worked for me. It has the most extensive workouts and nutrition guidelines that I have ever found. I have tried so many diets and exercise programs. This one is different because it combines fitness, nutrition and mind set training that also teaches you how to keep the weight off. You can do the workouts at home. There are are different workouts for each of the 90 days. It can be weight resistance, static stretching, dynamic stretching or a combination.
The nutrition guidelines teach you what to eat at the right time of day so that your body is in a constant state of high metabolism (even while you sleep.) There are no pills, potions, gimmicks to this. Is is all scientific based. It costs $199 for the entire system(worth 2 million in my mind)I lost 40 lbs of body fat in 2 months!!If you would like more information on where I got this product, email me at brynmarieb@yahoo.com
