Hmmm .. outdoor Easter menu? I'm thinking .. (hold on) .... roast leg of lamb with rosemary ... spinach & mushroom salad ... grilled seasoned asparagus ...
past there I'm lost if you have to prepare all of this outdoors.

Fried chicken or bbq....yummy southern potato salad, pork n beans, corn or green beans, biscuts and jelly and don't ever forget the apple pie!
