I have just reached my goal weight and size. But I don't feel happy. I kind of feel guilty. I shouldn'y because I did it healty, and it has taken a long time . Did anybody else feel this way?

yeah, i told myself i'd weigh a certain weight. now that i've gotten here, I've found myself saying, "No, I"ll shoot for 10 more pounds now."
maybe you feel guilty because you still have your stomach (gut), that is..if you still do. if you have a flat stomach, then I can't really see why you're sad. did you do it the healthy way??

Congratulations! You have had a goal to strive for and now there is nothing in front of you to reach for....So you think! Keeping the weight off is a lot harder than you will ever imagine. Every week from now on you will have to get on that scale to remind yourself of all that hard work. Old eating habits die hard!! good luck and be very proud of your self!!!

Sometimes people feel this way when they lose weight to feel happy instead of healthy. Maybe you're depressed and should take care of your emotional self right now.

It always takes time to reach ur natural goal weight.. it is pretty normal.

Don't worry about it. There will always be something you want to improve with your body. No one is perfect..., just remember that... Healthy is the best way to live..., smile and be proud of what you've done...
