the concept that "all things are relative" refers to physics, not morality.

No one can be certain about the answers to those questions, because the only thing that is for certain is uncertainty, also, if all things were relative there would be a whole lot of inbreeding going on, so i would say that is only relatively true, or i hope it is. why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway? what happens when a deaf guy says to a blind guy "So I hear you've been seeing a girl" etc. at any rate, asking answer-less questions is pointless, unless you enjoy reading humorous conjecture. if that is the case, well done.

Twist it the other way around. How can what you say be true if truth is relative? So your question is not absolutely true, not absolutely false, just valid to your eyes.

It is absolutely true that "truth is absolute." What is relative is "the experience of truth." So all things are relative because of "our limitations in perception of truth."

Truth is a perception unique to each individual.

"Absolute" is a word that should not be used with the word "truth" since "truth" is flexible and relative to a person's unique ability to perceive & understand.

"Truth" is whatever a person claims it to be, but, that does not mean it is "true" to anyone else.

Actually truth and facts are a funny thing, because the universe it self is not a constant thing, then all things in it are subject to change. Fact; the sky is blue. Change; a giant asteroid hits the causing world wide chaos and distinction stopping the earth of it's ampnospher, the sky is no longer blue, it changes to red or something. The fact the the sky is blue is no longer true.

The better question is, what is meant by "absolute". I think you'll find it to be a meaningless concept if you really think about it. That being the case, truth is relative, but is sometimes corroborated to be the same from many different vantage points.

Since I believe truth can be absolute I would say the second is more correct.

Neither.

Facts - information about the state of reality - are not subject to debate. They just are; there's truth, and falsehood, and that's it.

How people FEEL about those facts, however, is entirely relative.

Religious teachings are of two kinds: spiritual teachings are absolute and unchangeable; social teachings are relative and changeable.
For example the teaching about 'sincerity' is unchnageable; no Founders of any religions teach 'insincerity'.
The teaching about punishment is changeable:
"Moses teaches "Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again."(King James Bible, Leviticus 24:20)"
And Jesus has made the change:
"Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. (King James Bible, Matthew 18:21 )"
