Yes, You can buy a Water gun or a Spray Bottle and put water in it! And everytime you see her jump on the table,Squrit her With the water!!! Do it everytime, and she will get the picture!! Cats hate water, and they don't like getting squrit either! This is a good method because it doesn't hurt them and it is not cruel! One Squrit with the water should work!! And tell her NO! You have to do it every time she gets on something you don't want her on!!
I don't like my cats on the table, but my cats are out side cats now and i don't have to worry about them getting on the table.

If you squirt them, remember to do it when they don't see you, because if they see you doing it, they just won't get on the counters when you're around. The need to associate the counters with getting shot with water.
If it's a longhaired cat, make sure the water gun's a little more powerful so they can feel it.

Might be hard at that age, but I'd go with the spray bottle. I never let mine get up there from the get go and she's fine. That's the ONLY 2 places she doesn't go, she crawls right up the friggin curtains, up the back door, it's crazy

For my one cat we used a spray bottle and every time she got on the table we sprayed her and finally she stopped getting over there. For my other cat we had to tap her on the nose because she liked water and took showers with us so the spray bottle thing was fun for her. It seemed to work for both of them

Well then gets the point. Put her in a room to punish her. And she won't do it again. She got the point but get another bad table so she can go on the one your not eating on lol.
