I'll join you there. We'll say hi to that Adolf.

To other readers: a person that doesn't believe in God does not care about hell or heaven...

I stated this once, I'll state it again but in a different way; there is no evidence from reports or his life that Hitler was a Christian. He went to a church early in his life perhaps but there is no evidence that he exhibited any signs of Jesus having come into his life.

Hitler reviled the kind of man Jesus was and his actions as well. Hitler invented or found his own god to worship.

Hitler most likely will not be in heaven.

To the question: GOD is just, therefore I can only say that I believe you will not be judged as harshly as Hitler would be judged. Why the trouble over accepting or not accepting any religion?

How many religions actually acknowledge the problem of sin and the solution for it? There are three major world religions: Christianity, Judaism, Islam.
Does Islam deal with sin and the resolution of it? Does Judaism?

Christianity does deal with the problem of sin whether or not Islam or Judaism do so.

Even if millions of people have hated Hitler, no one can be certain about where he is as a soul of a dead person. For all we know, he really was born to fulfill the prophesy about the Jewish fate as written in the Old Testament. He may even have staged it, because there was another prophesy about a New World and the Aryan race.
Only those who were directly affected by his actions most probably are the ones who wish he should be in hell. Your choice or no choice of any religion will not put you in hell. Only when you choose to do things outside the natural law and law of the land where you live. It is hell when you are being hunted down for the grievious crime you have committed.
By the way, what treatment did you know was given to Hitler?

Hitler was not a Christian LOL He killed Christians as well and Jews... just more Jews. Just because someone says "God" occasionally does NOT make them a Christain. 90% of the problem with nonbelievers is you compare Christians who actually follow Christ with people who say mention His name occasionally.

And also, all we know about Hell is it is eternal torment. Dantes Inferno is not an actual depitction of Hell, Satan does not rule hell with a little pitch fork and some minions. All Christians know about Hell is the only way to avoid it, is through Christ. Not good works, anyone can do this and there's no need for Jesus to have ever come if we can rely on how good we are.

First, if you didn't choose a religion, it would probably be better anyway. But if your going to hell (why, are you a bad person? Murdering, stealing, lying?) unless you did some really horrible stuff like Hitler, yeah you would get a punishment, but not as bad as he's getting.

The funny thing is, if most people would turn away from religion and chose to live a good moral life - they would have a much better reason for entering heaven than someone who's religious.

First of all, just because Hitler claimed to be a Christian does not mean he was one. Actions speak louder than words. Secondly, hell is simply the absence of God. Right now, whether you believe it or not, the Lord is with you. In hell, the Lord is not present. So, yes, Hitler is in a place where the Lord is absent, just as you will be if you choose to deny the fact that God sent Christ to die for your sins. Before you denounce all religions, read the Bible, at least the New Testament, and try to disprove what you read. You won't be able to. God bless.

Probably. Maybe a better way to ask the question would be, will Hitler be treated as badly as you? Probably.

Sin is sin to the Lord. And the Bible says "For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God."

I'm not sure there is any implication of "degrees of sin" in the above statement. I think hell is hell. Glad I'm not going there.

1st edit: whoa. and i don't know WHERE Stephanie D is coming up with THAT line of nonsense. Pay no attention to her.

Actually Hitler was Christian. So if the Bible is correct (hahaha) then Hitler will be in heaven, won't he be a wonderful next door neighbor for the Christians?

Let's consider in which circle of hell Hitler would spend eternity in Dante's Inferno:

First circle: limbo - those who did not accept Christ
Second circle: lust
Third circle: gluttony
Fourth circle: misers and squanderers
Fifth circle: wrath and sloth
Sixth circle: heresy
Seventh circle: violence, suicide, blasphemy, sodomy, usury
Eighth circle: seducing, flattery, simony, sorcery, corruption, hypocrisy, theft, lying
Ninth circle: traitors (e.g., Brutus, Cassius, Judas Iscariot)

Hitler being an incredibly violent man, I'd say he's spending his eternity in the seventh circle of hell, submerged in a river of boiling blood.

As for you, well - I don't know you, so I don't know. I do believe, though, that all of us are sinners unworthy of the joy of an eternity in heaven. Salvation is not something we can earn, but rather a gift of God - I hope you'll accept the gift.

It all matters on which portrayal of heaven you accept. The classic portrayal of Heaven as provided by Dante in The Inferno would dictate that you'd be in purgatory and not recieve any real torture due to you neglecting to accept the "true religion."

But different religions have different outlooks on non-believers. Questions on spirituality vary, so ultimately, it's a matter of making up your own mind and deciding how you want to live your life and how you want to ultimately be judged, if at all.
