Who knows anything about it? What is your feeling towards it?

I have already sponsored a couple kids. I may do more. I just wanted to see what other people thought. Thanks.

Sounds like a thankless job, my Son, but someone's got to do it. I was hoping it was a peace movement but a children's movement is good too. I just hope that 98% of the money actually gets to the children rather than the usual 15%.
Actually a Global Peace Movement called "Compassion International" would be a very good thing. We could all use more Compassion.

Compassion Internation is a legitimate charity. They were ranked in the top 10 by Smart Money magazine for ethical charities. A very high percentage of the money they collect goes to helping children in poverty across the globe.

You sponsor a child ($32 per month) and it ensures that child will be cared for, educated and will have a hope in their future.

You write back and forth with your sponsored child and learn about each other. I highly recommend it.

I actually do. This organization is a charity who helps children all over the world. They do this by sponsors who give $30.00 a month to a child. I actually have a little girl in Africa whom I am sponsoring right now. It is free to sign up and once you do, they will send you a picture of your boy/girl and they actually allow you to correspond, send pictures and visit the child you are helping. By sending them the money each month, you are proving these children with clothes, shoes, an opportunity to get an education and warm food for their stomachs. This is one of the few charities I know of that really does do a good job at what they say, "Rescuing children from poverty in Jesus' name". I hope that you will check into helping them out. It is really really cool, and I hope one day to go to Africa to see what my sponsorship has helped do. (Their website is www.compassion.com)
