You don't have very good self esteem and that's an area your really insecure about yourself. Your only 13 so your still changing and growing up. Early teens follow the media very easily in who they want to be in what they see on TV because you don't know how to be yourself and love yourself yet. Your body is changing and you don't know what's normal because your changing or going through puberty. Please don't look to the media to tell you how you should look. If you feel healthy and are healthy that should be enough to be happy with your weight. If it's not the looking fat then it will be your nose, or teeth, or something else. Just LOVE yourself and it won't matter!

This could turn into a really serious health issue. You should talk to someone who you can trust, a parent or sister. Maybe a friend. I have a friend who became anorexic and bulimic. A few years before I met her, her mom found her unconscious on the floor in the bathroom and took her to the emergency room, only weighing 75 pounds. If you don't confront this, it can spiral out of control faster than you can imagine.

You need fat on your body..., anywhere between 15% to 18% is extremely good... Usually anything under 12% isn't so healthy unless you're a body builder or something..., but even those guys don't stay at 10% for very long periods of time.
So don't worry about it..., it's all in your head..., nothing is wrong with you..., it's all society...

It's a typical problem for teenage girls, well for any girl really. It's a mindframe---you think you have to be as skinny as possible to be accepted in this world. Well that is absolutely NOT TRUE. DO NOT become anorexic or anything because of this. You do NOT need to lose weight and you are beautiful just the way you are. Find someone to talk to about it if you need to, but try to change the way you think and you'll change the way you see yourself.

Well.... because you are human, not a filet of meat...?
You have to have some fat on your body, and if you are female, you DO have more fat than if you were male. Your body is also going though changes.
You are well in lower half of what is considered healthy. You don't need to lose any more weight.

Your body image just isn't that good....you are focusing on things you think to be negative, instead of looking at the positives. Just concentrate on things you LIKE about your body, and don't worry about the other one. It's NOT what is important in life, what is important is that you are healthy, and trust God to give you a good life, don't worry about the mirror. There will ALWAYS be things you don't like, so realize that you are a good weight and move on to more important things........you will be happier.

I feel the same way as you,I used to think i was too skinny and needed to gain weight bad so i didn't care what the hell i ate and how much, but soon later i gained like 2 pounds and my face turned chubby and i hated it, i would rather let my legs turn chubby and arms, but face i didn't want, so then i decided to loose weight and scared to gain, something like this probably happened to you.

well everybody has fat hun. if u REALLY feel like you need to, you can go c a doctor and he will tell you what all that fats from. . .idk it could just b watter weight, watter weight comes from ice cold watter, if you drink really cold watter all the time then it retains watter. To make this go away is either to go on a de-toxing fast and/or dring room temp. watter from now on.

it does no longer count number how lots you weigh its your physique fat proportion that concerns, i dont weight alot yet I even have alot of physique fat, my buddy weighs 125lbs and he or she looks super skinny. muscle weighs greater advantageous than fat.
