I read this--what do you think? Seems brutally honest and logical to me......

1 COR 15:

19If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we(christians) are to be pitied more than all men.

All christians will live forever in heaven with God, all those who are not christians will also live forever, but they will be in misery, living in Hell and then the Lake of Fire for all eternity.

Many of Jesus' followers will live forever but some will not--their motives for following him must be love for God and man just as his were. Also, these survivors will be joined by resurrected ones who are both righteous and unrighteous. The unrighteous ones will be taught and all will live in peace for the 1,000 years. Then, Satan will be loosed and allowed once again to tempt everyone away from God, but he will only be given just a short time. Following that, he will be destroyed and Jesus will give the governemental rule back to his father so that he can again rule man the way he began with Adam.

I wouldn't disagree with the Bible!

For Christians the only way to get to heaven is to believe that Christ died for your sins and that he was raised from the dead. Of course, to follow the Christian walk is to have a relationship with Christ on a daily basis and turn away from sin with the Holy Spirit's help. A whole new life.

Think about it.
God used Adam and Eve to bring mankind to life. Adam and Eve had their own misuse of life and we are all suffering for it.
Enoch, preached a message that was going to get him killed, so God gave him a dream of the Paradise on Earth that Adam and Eve lost, as well as their offspring could enjoy.
Enoch saw the Garden fo Eden, but could not enter.
Noah, 7 generations later, a preacher of righteousness. 1 group, or organization is used by God to symbolize righteousness, Divine direction, purpose.
Why, because Noah did "just so."
The nation of Israel, chosen by God because of Abraham and Isaac as well as the faith Jacob displayed.
Again, 1 organization.
Jesus Christ, and the beginning of Christianity.
1 organization, 1 way, 1 that is approved.
Why?
Because God who created all things, judges all things, He has the Right to set the standard for His true worship, not man.
No mater what title man gives to himself, it is God who sets the standard, and if we care enough, we will follow Gods standards and not compromise to mans influence under Satan to ignore God and to compromise what God requires.
All those truly wanting to do Gods will, God will draw them.
James 4:8

It would be poetic justice if they were the only ones that lived for ever. Just think, a group of self-righteous, holier-than-thou, condescending, bigots all vying to be the most wonderful and having to put up with each other for ever. I love the thought. It's really hell, but it is really funny.
I hope God isn't too picky.

It is hoped that many (most, almost all) will come to the lord before the end. But it is suggested that up to 2/3 will die!
No one knows the count, but that would be of all that has is or will live.

The writer is right, in Revelation 13 7-9 it says all whose name is written in the book of life will not be bothered by the anti-christ, yet all who live will serve it. Soooo that means the Babtised will be dead?

I believe that I will live forever, because Jesus Christ is my Lord. Can't wait to see the Man that took the nails for me!

According to islamic teaching, all Yesus'followers will not live foreever in this world .All human beings will die.All unbelievers and christians are included in this category, will go to hell and they will live there forever.Only a few of them will go to heaven and live there happily. They are christians who are conscious, that most of holy bible are false and they convert their religion to islam as a right path. Before resurrection,Yesus will come again to this earth reminding his followers that they are misled and lost their right way.So Yesus will ask to his followers to replace their religion into islam and he will crush or destroy the cross wood or crusade wood

Everyone who rejects God's plan for salvation will suffer eternal seperation from Him. God bent over backwards so that we wouldn't have to go to hell, but some people just want to do their own thing. Some people are not willing to admit that they are sinners in need of a Savior.
