is it Good for a guy to be shorter than his girlfriend? girls wat do you think?

For the record..i am 5'8 which is probably kinda average where i am, doesnt bother me though cuz i'm CUTE but my height maybe short over the states ...lol...let me know what you think ladies and fellaz

I'm 5'6 and 4 inches shorter than my girlfriend. There should never really be a problem with this unless the guy is suffering from a "short man complex". Love is about the joining of two beings not about loking right proportionally. take the time to explore who you want to be with and don't worry about physical attributes too much. If you find that either of you are paying too much attention to the height thing then the relationship was never meant to be. Good luck honxxxxx

In the social community, we are not used to seeing boyfriends shorter than their girlfriends. More often than not, we would hear a lot of criticisms. And I think, a couple will look even better if the guy is taller and not the other way around. But, it is a case to case basis. There may be couples who doesn't mind at all. And I think, when we talk about love here, it doesn't matter anymore if the guy is shorter than his girlfriend. It is the feeling that matters anyway.

it shouldn't matter but it can be a bit arkward when ur walking side by side or trying to hug up in public. I like men taller then i am but i'm
6foot and currently going out with a guy 5"7 n a 1/2, it was a problem but then u grow to like the person and the height difference diappears.

Being short or tall does not reveal how much man a man is. I am not the only woman who knows this. I heard a colleague say " Mr X is short, but that has nothing to do with man-hood though." I thought to my-self [ about the lady] She thinks like I do. She does not judge people stupidly.

I am 5'10" barefoot. Around 6'1" to 6'2" in heels. My boyfriend is 5'8 1/2" and I him absolutely adore him. Height is not an issue. Trust me. Actually, shorter is better for naughty deeds ;)

It was really awkward for me (5'9") to dance with a girl i dated (5'11") I really really prefered my 5'3" girlfriend if I'm the one whose supposed to be leading. Also try holding her hand and walking you'll find that its pretty difficult. idk abuot the sex, or if that's what you care about. Most of that stuff is petty though. Worry about personality I'm sure you;ll get used to it, but I think it's probably considered more normal as a social expectation for those reasons which I just listed. Not to mention the macho superior feeling that comes with being taller than anybody. Hope that helped : )

well I like to be taller then my bf. actually I've never had one since all the HOT guys are all shorter the me. well lots of people are shorter then me since I'm around 9 10 and at 16 that's not good.

My experience when I was a young 5ft3 giant was that I could not get a small girl to take interest, my 1st was 5ft8,next 5ft9, 5ft 6,yes getting to my height and then oops 6ft 1 and honest they came on to me honest injun. I suppose I was cute and cuddly, and they say all good things come in small bundles. (do not say so does poison)

I prefer my guy taller. I'm 5'5", my husband's 6'1". But...my uncle who is only 5"9" is married to a woman who's 6'. Height should not matter, as long as you're not 3'. LOL!

as a small guy..5' 2" and three quarters..all apart from one were bigger than me....plenty of girls like little guys....though there are some nasties out there who will make a fool of you and bring you down for trying.......but hey..being small just means you dont have as far to fall.....oh..and 5' 8" is almost a giant!
