Why do Christians want to leave the book out that says this? It seems rather like something for Jesus to do... Afterall, everyone sins!

We don't leave it out. We preach it loudly. After all it wouldn't be fair for ppl to be condemned to hell just for dying before the Savior came.

Your wording is awkward. I can't speak for Chrisitans in general. However, it is interesting because I just answered a question by saying that Jesus was in Hell to face the punishment for our sins. He died on the cross and had to face being absent from God. Jesus went to Hell and then rose again. He paid the price for sin. So, yes Jesus went to Hell for us. That is not a "hidden" fact. I would suppose all Christians are aware of that---common sunday school material. Really, it is.

What are you talking about? Attempting to provoke people? What is the point of this little space in internet? What book? Everyone sins but Jesus did not; He went to the cross to accept the punishment for all sin; He rose again and is living today (in Heaven). Because He rose again, there is new life for those who accept His sacrifice on their behalf, He did for us what we could not do for ourselves.

What are you talking about? Be more specific, and I'll answer your question. You are right -- everyone sins. That is the whole reason for Jesus's sacrifice. Jesus did go to hell....he already conquered it, that's how he could come back to earth and die for our sins. So, really, your question makes no sense. Sorry.

You're right! Everyone sins. And everyone has the same opportunity for redemption, and that is to accept Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross.

Jesus has invited us (and you too!) to join Him in Heaven. Will you come along with us?

whilst i grow to be Catholic, i grow to examine that Hell existed. As a baby, however, no grownup ever spoke to us such as you need to circulate to Hell for only stressful God in some random way. Hell grow to examine to us to be a place for murderers and individuals who did severe harm to others. the thought God might deliver tons of people to eternal torture is alien to the way i grow to be presented to Christianity. and that's why i do no longer carry a grudge to the Catholic Church on the instant. i've got self assurance the backlash might now and lower back be as undesirable. there is distinctive undesirable faith accessible. And we must be particular in what we disagree with. My conflict of words is with people who declare their God will burn all and sundry no longer interior their slender view. curiously, eternal torture is a only punishment for making a metaphysical errors on your existence. that isn't in any respect a healthful physique of techniques to Christianity. That Hell does not exist. No God who might enable this in any admire (i do no longer shelter their philosophical objections right here) is worth of the term "only" and consequently isn't any God in any respect. this actual theory of God the Feudal Lord can in basic terms do harm. Politically, i will in basic terms call it fascism.
