Loose it slowly. Talk to a nutritionist. Women should lose no more than 5 pounds a month, men no more than 3 pounds a month. I find that the exercise spinning is enjoyable. Also, after you eaten your dinner (and eat at least 4-5 hours before going to bed), take a evening walk for 30-40 minutes, it helps with the digestion. And drink only water with your meals. Subscribe to a water delivery service and you will see how much of a difference a nice cool glass make. But the only way you can do it, is through discipline. Buy you a good couple of cookbooks and experiment with various foods. Also steamed veggies taste better, than boiled ones. And whatever you do, don't listen to any of the fad diets, or diet pills commercials on television. One last thing, keep yourself busy, you eat less. Read, do things that occupy your mind because you have to exercise that also.

It's different from person to person (assuming that there isn't a physical reason (medications or a medical condition) for not being able to lose the weight). Understand the foods you eat. Losing weight is more about changing what you eat permenantly. Cutting tons of calories out of your diet for a short time to lose a bunch of weight and then reverting to your old eating habits is bound to make you regain the weight. Lose the weight at the same time a friend is or join a group. Having the support makes a huge difference too. And don't give up...the weight didn't go on overnight, so you shouldn't lose it overnight either.

Views about weight loss
Today I am going to introduce you my fight with my weight problem. I have been working to lose weight. What I have been doing for losing weight is waking up early in the morning around 6 am (Which is early for me as I was used to wake up around 8 in the morning).
I went out after doing the morning daily routine works. I run around 1.5 km in the morning. It is a great idea going for running in the morning as it keeps me active for the whole day. One thing I want to mention is that running is going to help us much as compared to walking. I do some easy exercise for around 30 minutes per day. After running and exercising and running, I return home.
Now I get ready for my office. Take my breakfast and reached office by 10. One thing I take care for the whole day is that I do not go for the junk food. I never get idle after taking my breakfast/lunch or dinner. I do some (around 10 minutes) walking after taking my lunch and dinner. It is very harmful to go to bad immediately after taking the dinner. So all in all I want to say that I do some activity (like walking) after my eating’s.
One thing, which I always follow, is that never drive if the distance is less than 1 km. I think it is not a difficult routine to follow.

I heard that drinking milk/dairy will help girls keep weight off--i don't see why it wouldn't be the same for a man. well whatever you do---do not starve yourself because you will have to do this for the rest of your life in order to maintain the low weight that you've come down to. it's simple:eat healthy (Fruits, veggies, whole wheats, etc.)

I found this awesome product that actually worked for me. It has the most extensive workouts and nutrition guidelines that I have ever found. I have tried so many diets and exercise programs. This one is different because it combines fitness, nutrition and mind set training that also teaches you how to keep the weight off. You can do the workouts at home. There are are different workouts for each of the 90 days. It can be weight resistance, static stretching, dynamic stretching or a combination.
The nutrition guidelines teach you what to eat at the right time of day so that your body is in a constant state of high metabolism (even while you sleep.) There are no pills, potions, gimmicks to this. Is is all scientific based. It costs $199 for the entire system(worth 2 million in my mind)I lost 40 lbs of body fat in 2 months!!If you would like more information on where I got this product, email me at brynmarieb@yahoo.com

Stop eating so %*^@ much. ^_^
Diets depend on an idividual basis, but usually it's all about avoiding really fatty things, getting excercise to burn calories, and basically just not sitting/laying around all day long.
