I really like this guy but im not sure if i should date him.... his best friend is one of my close guy friends who i asked out about 3 months ago. and i think that the guy i asked out was trying to set me up with the guy i like. i think that the guy i like likes me...... but i dont want to hurt my close friends. one of my best girl friends doesn't aprove or like of either guy my other best girl friend has tried to set me out with both guys.
What should i do?

So the guy u asked out was trying to set u up with the guy u like... as for hurting your close friends with going out with the guy u like. If your worried about it ask ur friend if he'd mind if u hooked up with his friend. Or just remain friends with them both depends on how much u like em. As for One of your best girl friends don't approve or like either guy. I'm sure they will be your best friend even tho they don't like the guy. I mean my best friend didn't like my boyfriend and me and my boyfriend are together and me and my best friend are still friends. But if you feel that u want to be with the one guy then do what your heart tells ya to girl!!!!

You should rephrase this whole story. It's confusing what with all of the friends, close friends of friends, guy friends, best girlfriends and guy who you've asked out who's a close friend of the guy you like, who you were being setup with by the guy you asked out but you don't want to hurt your close friends because they don't approve...
Do you always do what your friends want you to do?

well...go for it...if you think he likes you too...if your friends are really your friends they will support you now...and if it doesn't work out they will still be there to comfort you...that's what friends are for...if it does work out congratulations...then evrybody's happy....your friends will be happy for you....
